Thomas Hammer Coffee Roasters was born in 1993 on the campus of Gonzaga University at a time when small-batch coffee roasters were rare in the U.S. Their passion for crafting a sweeter, more complex cup set the foundation for what would become a cornerstone of the Northwest coffee scene.
The brand takes pride in sourcing exceptional coffees from the world’s finest micro-climates, handpicked to deliver a flavor profile that stands out. Then, it artfully roasts them using precision German roasters.
