SPOKANE, Wash. (July 14, 2026) – Alaska Airlines is expanding its lineup of nonstop flights to now offer Inland Northwest passengers seasonal service from Spokane International Airport (GEG) to Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) in Honolulu, Hawaii. Weekly flights begin on December 19 – just in time for the holiday travel season – and run every Saturday through April 17.
“As the region’s gateway, our team regularly evaluates travel trends and opportunities to connect passengers to the destinations they care about most – and Hawaii, which welcomes more than 230 passengers originating from the Inland Northwest each day, has been a longtime growth target,” said Dave Haring, Spokane Airports CEO. “We’re delighted to help make nonstop Honolulu service a reality for our community and are grateful to Alaska Airlines for their continued partnership and investment in Spokane.”
“Hawaii has long been a favorite destination for Inland Northwest travelers, and nonstop Honolulu service has been one of the top requests from our Spokane-area guests,” said Kirsten Amrine, vice president of revenue management and network planning at Alaska Airlines. “This new seasonal route is one way we’re making travel easier in both directions, connecting Spokane-area guests to Oahu and the Neighbor Islands, while giving travelers from Hawaii a nonstop link to the Inland Northwest for family, work, school or adventure. It’s another way we’re helping our guests get to the people and places that matter most.”
The new Spokane to Honolulu service will be offered Saturdays December 19 through April 17 and serviced by a Boeing 737 MAX. The new route also unlocks same-day connections to Kahului on Maui, Līhuʻe on Kauai, and Kona and Hilo on Hawaiʻi Island.
Alaska Airlines’ NEW Spokane-Honolulu Flight Schedule:
- Flight departs GEG at 9 a.m.; flight arrives at HNL at 2:03 p.m.
- Flight departs HNL at 2:33 p.m.; flight arrives at GEG at 10:42 p.m.
